Gorilla Capital Management Oy is committed to handling personal information with due care and in compliance with applicable data protection law. This notice explains what personal information is collected through this website, why it is collected, who it may be shared with, and what rights you have over your own information.

What we collect and why

We collect personal information from two groups of people: purchasers of More Scars Than Trophies who claim a Proof Stack OS ebook and its companion AI chatbot, and visitors who separately opt in to receive future updates or the newsletter. Reading the free first chapter itself requires no personal information at all.

Recipients

We disclose personal information to third parties only where necessary to provide the service you requested, or where required by law.

Email communication, including the newsletter and any updates you opted into, is sent through Mailchimp, under an agreement governing how Mailchimp may process this data on our behalf. If you claim a Proof Stack OS ebook without separately consenting to marketing, your claim details are not sent to Mailchimp at all.

If you claim a Proof Stack OS ebook, you are also given access to a role-specific AI chatbot built on Google NotebookLM. Using the chatbot is subject to Google's own terms.

Transfers outside the EEA

Generally, we do not transfer personal data outside the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA). Mailchimp and Google NotebookLM are based outside Finland, so using them may involve data being transferred to, or accessed from, a country outside the EEA. FLAGGED: the specific contractual safeguard for each processor (for example, standard contractual clauses) has not yet been confirmed and must be added before publication.

Access and retention

Access to this information is restricted to those for whom it is necessary. Information is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, and as required by applicable law. Specific retention periods have not yet been set and should be added once decided.

Your rights

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, including details of anything disclosed to third-party service providers.
• Tell us if you believe information we hold is inaccurate or no longer relevant.
• Object to the processing of your information at any time.
• Request erasure of your information once we no longer need it for a contractual, legal or other obligation.
• Withdraw or restrict your consent to marketing, in full or in part, at any time.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how pages and buttons are used. Measurement stays off until you accept it, and rejecting analytics leaves every part of the site fully usable.

Only aggregated interaction data is collected: which page was viewed, which audience path was chosen, which button was pressed and whether a form was accepted. Names, email addresses, order numbers, download links and AI chatbot links are never sent to analytics.

Analytics never records that a purchase happened. Purchases are completed on Amazon and are not measurable from this site.
