Purchase, Proof Stack OS ebook and AI chatbot terms
These terms cover your purchase of More Scars Than Trophies, your claim of one Proof Stack OS ebook and its role-specific AI chatbot, and your use of that chatbot.
Buying the book
More Scars Than Trophies is sold through Amazon. Your purchase of the book is governed by Amazon's own terms and conditions, not these terms. We do not process payment for the book and cannot issue refunds for it; contact Amazon directly for any purchase, delivery or refund question about the book itself.
Who can claim
Anyone who has purchased a copy of More Scars Than Trophies may claim one Proof Stack OS ebook, matched to their role as a founder, investor or board member, as a downloadable PDF, together with access to that ebook's own AI chatbot.
The claim process is honour-based: we ask you to confirm your purchase, but we do not require or verify a receipt. We reserve the right to review a claim, ask for evidence of purchase, or decline or revoke access where a claim appears false. A claim may also be placed into manual review, including when more than one claim is made from the same email address without declaring an additional purchased copy.
Claim limits
One Proof Stack OS ebook may be claimed per purchased copy of the book. Each verified email address may download its selected PDF once. Opening the AI chatbot is separate and does not use up your PDF download. A different Proof Stack OS ebook cannot be claimed after your PDF has been issued.
Delivery
Once a claim is accepted, your PDF download link and AI chatbot access are provided directly on the claim confirmation page. The download link expires after one hour for security. If it has expired before you use it, contact us for a new one.
AI chatbot
Each Proof Stack OS ebook has a separate role-specific AI chatbot, provided through Google NotebookLM. The chatbot does not replace the ebook, and its responses may be incomplete or inaccurate; the published ebook remains the authoritative source. Do not submit confidential company, personal, investment, board or portfolio information unless you are authorised to do so.
No warranty
More Scars Than Trophies, the Proof Stack OS ebooks and their AI chatbots are provided for information and education. They do not constitute legal, financial or investment advice, and using them is not a guarantee of any particular business, investment or startup outcome.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with your purchase or claim is limited to the amount you paid for the book. FLAGGED: this limitation has not been reviewed by counsel and must be finalised before publication.
Intellectual property
The text, illustrations and Proof Stack framework in More Scars Than Trophies and the Proof Stack OS ebooks are protected by copyright. A claimed PDF is for your own personal or internal business use. It may not be redistributed, resold or published elsewhere.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your claim or purchase governs that claim or purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. FLAGGED: confirm this is the intended governing law, and add a dispute-resolution or venue clause if one is wanted.
